Eric Baudier has more than 30 years’ international experience in supply chain operations, lean manufacturing, strategic procurement, and key business transformation projects.
He has been a senior executive at Tetra Pak for more than 20 years and a member of the group leadership team from 2016 till 2021 as Executive VP Supply Chain Operations. His last position was Chairman of the Board & President of Tetra Pak Global Supply SA.
Eric has led many critical business transformations such as Lean manufacturing, ERP implementation, the Euro Integration and the Digital program. He was chairman of the Transformation & Capability council for many years.
Eric currently collaborates with IMD business school in Lausanne as Executive in Residence since 2022. He advises Lagrange AI and O9 Solutions.

He is also very involved in his engineering school Pagora in Grenoble as a member of the board. And also collaborates with EPFL (Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) coaching master students.
